About the product
Azad is built against a working reference system rather than a wish list: every screen it replaces was studied first, documented, and then rebuilt — attendance, leave, payroll, approvals, the employee file and the org chart.
The backend is a FastAPI service and the front end is Next.js. Each company is a tenant with its own data; Arabic is a first-class language with full right-to-left, not a translation layer. Staff do the daily things from their phone: clock in, request leave, read a payslip, approve what is waiting on them.
