About the product
Check-in opens the stay, the captive portal validates the room and last name against it, the hotel's existing controller authorises the device, and check-out revokes the session.
The PMS layer is vendor-independent: Oracle OPERA through IFC/FIAS as the primary route, with OWS, OXI and OPERA Cloud as alternatives, configured per property with failover. The WiFi side is vendor neutral — Omada, UniFi, MikroTik, or any controller that speaks RADIUS, because Planova can be the RADIUS server itself.
