Planova – Service Cancellation & Refund Policy (Paymob Compliant)

This Service Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services provided by Planova and governs payments processed through Paymob or any other approved payment method.
By completing a payment, You acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
1. General Payment Terms
All services are provided on a prepaid basis.
Payments are securely processed via Paymob using authorized payment methods (cards, wallets, etc.).
Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in this Policy.
Refunds, when approved, are processed only through the original payment method used via Paymob.
2. Hosting Services Refund Policy
2.1 Shared Web Hosting
Eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscriptions only.
Refunds exclude:
Domain registration or renewal
SSL certificates
Setup, migration, or customization fees
Abuse, violation of policies, or suspension voids refund eligibility.
2.2 VPS & Dedicated Servers
Non-refundable once activated or provisioned.
This includes setup fees, allocated resources, and configuration costs.
No partial refunds for unused periods.
3. Domains & SSL Certificates
Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are strictly non-refundable due to registry policies.
SSL certificates are non-refundable once issued or activated.
4. Website Design & Development Services
Payments for design, programming, and development services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If cancellation occurs before project start, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and payment gateway fees.
Completed milestones are fully chargeable and non-refundable.
5. Service Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation at any time via the client dashboard or support ticket.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle the Client to a refund.
Services remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
6. Refund Processing (Paymob Specific)
Approved refunds are submitted through Paymob’s official refund system.
Refund timelines depend on:
Payment method
Issuing bank or wallet provider
Typical processing time: 7–14 business days.
Planova is not responsible for delays caused by Paymob, banks, or third-party financial institutions.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients must contact Planova support before initiating any chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
Immediate service suspension
Permanent account termination
Any chargeback fees, penalties, or losses imposed by Paymob will be charged to the Client.
8. Suspension or Termination by Planova
Planova reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund in cases of:
Violation of Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
Illegal activities or prohibited content
Security threats, abuse, or fraud
Non-payment or payment reversal
9. Exceptional Refunds
Refunds may be granted only at Planova’s sole discretion in exceptional cases, such as:
Service not delivered due to verified fault from Planova
Critical service failure directly attributable to Planova
All such cases are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.
10. Policy Updates
Planova may update this Policy at any time.
Changes become effective once published on the Website.
